For decades, chef-owner Kevin Kohler has worked wonders with an ever-changing menu at this Ramsey gem housed in a former pancake house. Past wonders have included such entrees as braised Colorado lamb chops with pistachio crust and Scottish organic salmon with avocado, pink grapefruit and mint.
