This self-described “multi-faceted venture” encompasses a restaurant (The "V" Supper Club), a bistro/gourmet shop, an upscale home furnishings store, a gallery and event space. Monday night's prix fixe menu at "V" includes four courses of upscale offerings such as braised veal manicotti and Peking duck, while the downstairs Bistro serves up more traditional Texas/Southern fare like buttermilk fried chicken and crawfish etouffee.
