Experiential Live brings together the leading suppliers of custom experiences, merchandise and travel with buyers representing the leading incentive, corporate and meeting/event planners aboard Royal Caribbean International’s Oasis of the Seas for three days of business, plus a four-day extended Caribbean cruise, September 17-24, 2017.
Experiential Live organizers will select a limited number of suppliers who can benefit from meeting with the top buyers in the field at this relaxed, exclusive event. Buyers have been invited from companies whose sales, marketing and purchasing management present and design unique event solutions for themselves or to leading clients. To guarantee a return on investment Experiential Live will host a minimum of 30 qualified buyers, with each Hosted Buyer having up to 30 minutes with each exhibitor.
The Experiential Live cruise will depart from Port Canaveral, FL on Royal Caribbean’s dazzling Oasis of the Seas, which features seven distinct ‘neighborhoods,’ 25 dining options, onboard zip line, FlowRider Surf Simulators, ice-skating rink, rock climbing walls, high-diving aquatic shows, DreamWorks Experience, Vegas-style entertainment and much more. The package is designed to make it easy for each ‘Experiential Live’ attendee to learn firsthand about new experiential rewards concepts.- A 7-day cruise for one in an ocean-view balcony stateroom, inclusive of taxes/fees and prepaid gratuities, with the ability to disembark after three days at the end of the Experiential Live event.
- Meals, Entertainment, Activities, Two receptions and information-sharing learning sessions with attendees and suppliers.
- Following the expo, attendees may extend their stay onboard the Oasis of the Seas for the remaining 4 days of the cruise at no additional cost. (All incidentals are at your own expense.)
- Wi-Fi high-speed Internet service for the duration of the cruise.
