This furnished farmhouse, built between 1747 and 1750, is worth a quick visit when you pass it on the recommended walk. The Wick House served as the quarters of Maj. Joseph Bloomfield of the Third New Jersey Regiment during the winter of 1776-1777. It was the winter headquarters of Gen. Arthur St. Clair in 1779-1780.
