Lazlo's Brewery & Grill

In 1991, Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill opened in Lincoln’s Historic Haymarket District, bringing the state of Nebraska its first brewpub. Food is lovingly hand-crafted from scratch with fresh ingredients and cooked on the custom grill fueled solely by hickory wood to bring out our signature flavors. And speaking of signature flavors, Lazlo’s serves handcrafted ales straight from our in-house brewery – Empyrean Brewing Company, Nebraska’s largest micro-brewery recognized at the prestigious World Beer Cup in Seattle with a silver medal for its “Luna Sea ESB.” For special events, Lazlo’s has a room that’s perfect for any gathering. Equipped with flat-screen televisions, digital projectors, multimedia systems and wireless Internet access, our private dining rooms can accommodate virtually any need. The Empyrean Room can handle 20 guests comfortably seated around a single, solid crafted wood table; The Hickory Room accommodates 70 seated guests or 80 guests reception style – and if you need additional space to stretch out and play, you can also reserve the Billiard Room next door.
