This 1869 opera house is a special place to see a concert, a play or a dance recital. During a two-month stretch, performers as diverse as the Black Crowes, Lucinda Williams, Ben Folds, Lewis Black, the New Paltz Ballet and the Hudson Valley Philharmonic graced the stage. In 2006, Bob Dylan rented the facility for four days to rehearse before entering a studio to record a new album.
