The winery, known for its Doc's Draft Hard Apple Cider, bakes fresh bread and serves gourmet pizza, sandwiches and salads at its Pané Bakery Café. It's not run-of-the-mill fare. Pizzas include salmon and brie with asparagus and white sauce. Sandwiches include pork loin with homemade chutney and Asiago cheese. The winery, which has a tasting room, says it aims to support local farmers and take a leadership role in sustainable agriculture and environmental issues. It also hosts many live music performances and festivals, including tributes to Bob Dylan and The Grateful Dead.
