The area lacks meetings facilities. The White Memorial Conservation Center offers various rustic options for meetings, events and weddings. The Carriage House has meeting space for up to 200 people and dining facilities for 125. Its two dormitories can accommodate 30 men and 30 women. The Meeting Barn, a multi-purpose screened pavilion with picnic tables and a campfire, can accommodate groups of 60 for meetings or meals when the temperature permits. The Activity Shed, a rustic barn-like building, has picnic tables and electricity and can be used for 100 people for meetings or 75 for meals. The Mott-Van Winkle Classroom seats 50 indoors and is equipped with blackboards and audio-visual equipment. The grassy Activity Field provides about five acres of outdoor space.
