Don't assume this is an ordinary fish market in a shopping plaza. Chef Gino cooks world-class bouillabaisse filled with chunks of swordfish, tuna, shrimp, squid or whatever the day's fish surprise might be. His mushroom-scallop soup is divine, and other soups are outstanding. His fried scallops, belly clams and other lunches are tasty and reasonably priced and can be eaten at a few tables inside and outside the store. Most customers choose from the many fresh fish and shellfish selections and do their own cooking at home, but Gino's kitchen is always an option and will travel to cater personal clambakes.
