For a truly delicious and memorable fine-dining experience, head over to the Level 2 Steakhouse located inside the Hilton Branson Convention Center. Beef is their specialty, serving 28-day aged corn-fed Midwest beef, as well as seafood flown in from Hawaii. The food is cooked in a 1,600-degree infrared oven that is extremely hot and quickly sears the outside of the food, producing a more tender steak. You can also join the restaurant’s Cut Club—after five visits you’ll be given a knife engraved with your name to use on future visits.
